Pump is wired to come on with the main switch; it is plumbed in the reserve line between the reservoir and the bottom of the cell.

I’m running 8×8 …
I’m running 8×8 plates, 4 cells with 5 neutrals, 0.040″ pvc gaskets, 1 lpm pump and KOH in distilled water in electrolyte. For me this works the best.

I have gone through …
I have gone through what I believe to be all of your videos but one question remains. What is your current MPG while using your HHO System. Your system looks really nice by the way and I am very thankful that you are doing so much testing. I also own a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 Extended Cab 4×4. I have been tinkering with a system but I have not hooked it up to my truck just yet.

The 3.2 is only …
The 3.2 is only because I feel comfortable running the cell all day long, as it is setup right now at 45 amps.
Sure I could go to 65 amps and push close to 4.5 l/min, but the truck handles 45amps better (no fluctuations on the dash amp gage), and that’s my baseline for future experiments.

I was reading on …
I was reading on another site where they talked about resetting your computer. Said it takes about 50 cold starts to warmed up to get a baseline different from the factory setting. Anyway they said to get the 50 starts with the hho on and the computer would quit trying to compensate for it.

I find the map to …
I find the map to be a pain in the a**. I get good results without it and I don’t have to fiddle with it going down the road.
My goal, turn the key and drive; which I am able to do as I have it setup now. I plan on doing some more experiments with induction but the map is gone and good ridden’s.

Was wandering why you didn’t use a O2 sensor map instead The o2 ext can’t be adjusted for city to highway while driving obviously? But with a map you can control it much better and a larger increase in mpg. I have the same truck. 2 O2 sensors. But i can’t find the volts that i should be running for highway to city for my map? Any idea?

It’s better to …
It’s better to build an efficient cell. In mine I have a fairly constant amp draw throughout the day and my cells temp has never gone over 110f. That’s the advantage of a dry cell over a wet cell. By controlling your gap voltage you are able to build a very stable cell and it will function without a lot of heat buildup that you get with wet cells.
Heat=wasted energy that could be used to produce HHO.

I feel really dumb. …
I feel really dumb. I had just asked someone about why they weren’t using a PWM on a high current system and they gave the same answer. I wasn’t thinking about how you were going over 40 amps. But my understanding is that you get more fuel from less current with a PWM. Just one final question if you would, do you think you have roughly equivalent power with 02 extenders and HHO together as you do without either of them?

Good job radgen. The thing most people are not going to connect is you are pumping out 2-3 lpm and only getting 1 mpg out of just hho. so you have pretty much proved the cheaper or inferior water4gas or similar that put out 1 or less lpm are not doing much. the electronics and steam is doing the mpg improvment. have you got any egt measurments?
none the less good work. We still need way more info. there is much more to be gained.
